Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryplugd (the "Product"), operated from Panevėžys, Lithuania. By purchasing or using tryplugd, you agree to these Terms.

1. What tryplugd is

tryplugd is a digital product: a collection of 25+ pre-built Claude Skills, brand-configuration files, and a setup guide, designed for use with your own Claude account (Claude.ai or Claude Code). tryplugd is delivered electronically and is not a physical product, a managed service, or a Claude subscription itself.

2. Claude account required

tryplugd requires you to have your own active Claude subscription, provided by Anthropic. tryplugd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is a product of Anthropic; we reference it only to describe compatibility.

3. Purchase and payment

tryplugd is sold for a one-time payment of $37 USD, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly. Pricing may change for future buyers; your purchase price is locked in at the time of payment.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tryplugd's skills and files for your own business or businesses. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the contents of tryplugd, in whole or in part.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use tryplugd for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer or resell its contents, or to misrepresent tryplugd as your own original work product when distributing outputs generated with it.

7. No warranty

tryplugd is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or conversion outcomes from using it. Your results depend on your own usage, business, and market.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tryplugd's liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of tryplugd after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
