This Privacy Policy explains what data tryplugd collects, why, and how you can control it. tryplugd is operated from Panevėžys, Lithuania. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Email address — collected at checkout, used to deliver your purchase and send support replies.
- Payment information — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — page views, clicks, and session activity on tryplugd.com, collected via PostHog (EU Cloud) for analytics and product improvement.
- Ad-attribution data — browser and server-side events sent to Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) to measure ad performance, including hashed email when available.
2. Why we collect it

We retain purchase and email records for as long as needed to provide support and comply with tax/accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's and Meta's standard retention windows.
